Minimum Order Quantity

  • All wholesale orders require a minimum of 10 freshies.

  • You may mix categories and scents as long as the total meets the MOQ.

Pricing

  • Painted Freshies: $7 each

  • Cardstock Freshies: $6 each

  • Prices are firm for wholesale and cannot be combined with retail promotions.

Design Selection

  • Each category includes 5 curated designs.

  • You may choose any combination of designs within your selected category.

  • Custom designs are not available for wholesale at this time.

Turnaround Time

  • Wholesale TAT is 7–10 business days (Monday–Friday only).

  • Larger orders may require additional time; you will be notified if so.

  • TAT begins once payment is received.

Payment

  • Payment is due in full at the time of ordering.

  • Orders will not begin production until payment is confirmed.

Shipping

  • Shipping is calculated based on weight and location.

  • Tracking will be provided once your order ships.

  • Scented Sentiments Co. is not responsible for carrier delays.

Refunds & Replacements

  • Due to the handmade nature of freshies, all wholesale orders are final sale.

  • If an item arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours with photos for a replacement.
